One room has a seperate sleeping space and the other is more a bed sitting room set - up. Students welcome , single only and can have a friend to stay no more than 2 nights a week , shared bathroom but 2 wash rooms so if your bursting you don't have to wait lol, shared kitchen but you have your own little fridge and freezer plus other bits in the kitchen. The rooms & communal area's have to be kept to a high standard of cleaning daily & on a weekly rotation. Lovely views over the royal paddocks allotments & Bushey Park all year round. 1 Month deposit & 1 Month on move in date £1700 for room with seperate sleeping space, for the other bed sitting room set up £1500.
