This is a 4 bedroom. House which is furnished. There are two toilets and bathrooms, a large kitchen and a large living room, all furnished. There is also another reception in addition to the sitting room I would like to rent the house officially to one or two friends or a family, as the case may be, for a rent of £1400. The amount to be paid does not include the bills. The tenants would be responsible for the payment of bills. The property is available for immediate move-in as it is presently empty. The property is about a 20-minute walk to Nottingham city centre and about a 30-minute walk to the train station. The Bus stop from the house is about 2minutes walk. The Boiler was recently changed, so it's quite energy efficient. All the windows have also been recently changed to double-glazed.
