1 room flat of 35m² in London

Clean, brand new flat - I'm the first person to live in it. Fully furnished, long term rental only. Rent is £1,900 and that includes all bills, so no extra costs to worry about. If you'd rather take on one or two bills yourself, I'm open to negotiating the rent. I'm moving away for work so looking for someone decent to take it on — just want someone who'll look after the place and treat it with the same care as I would. Would be a bonus if you're good with plants! No parking I'm afraid but free on the weekends. Can potentially be available sooner if necessary.
