There is a £200+VAT fee for not returning keys to the key safe. As this is a vibrant city centre location, some street noise can be heard, particularly during weekends, bank holidays, and peak holiday periods. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not allowed indoors; please smoke on the street or patio area if available. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. This Check-in is from 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorized late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee. The lead guest must be 21 or iron, ironing board, and hairdryer are provided for guests' use.
