I am looking for a replacement tenant to take over my en-suite room at The Old Printworks officially through Unite Students. This is not a private sublet. The accommodation is located in Newington, around a 10-minute walk to George Square. There are Sainsbury’s, restaurants, cafes, and other shops nearby, making it a very convenient location for students. The flat has a big shared kitchen, and the room/common area has a very nice view of Arthur’s Seat. The accommodation also has a laundry room, gym, and common room. The lease ends on 22/8. The replacement tenant must be a student and eligible to book with Unite Students. Once approved, Unite Students will create a new tenancy agreement for you.
