1 room flat of 23m² in London

I have a fully furnished 1-bedroom flat in Shepherds Bush green. 2nd floor of tower block. 5 minutes from underground, over ground and busses. Im often away, and only home in summer, so you will get the whole place but when I'm there I will sleep in the lounge on sofa bed and we would share the kitchen, bathroom, and immunity room. All rooms have their own door. 1250 per month includes internet, council tax, water rates, TV licence. Just need to pay for electricity and gas on meter. I'm a 64 year old yogi so looking for a quiet, non smoker non-party person / couple. No pets There's no parking Everything is negotiable for the right person. The people im sharing with move out in August, then I will decorate and be ready for new people. Ideally need someone long term, references and 1 months rent and 1 months deposit.
