2 rooms flat of 29m² in London

Hello, the flat is the entire top floor of a Victorian building in a quiet residential street. Walking distance to Maryland on Elizabeth line and short bus ride to Stratford. I am letting the flat because I am moving away for work for the foreseeable future. The living room is large and bright and so is the main bedroom. The second bedroom is small but does have a double bed, wardrobe, desk etc. Both bedrooms are at the back of the building and are very quiet. The kitchen has all the usual, including dishwasher. It is a very comfortable flat and recently renovated. Bills are not included but it is an economical flat, with a new efficient boiler. I think council tax is band B.
