I am looking for a full-time student to take over my studio tenancy from 4 September 2026 to 27 August 2027. The tenancy transfer will be completed officially through the accommodation provider. Location: OX4 2SY Just off Cowley Road, with plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops nearby Around 12–13 minutes by bike to the Bodleian Library and Oxford High Street Around 5 minutes by bike to a large retail park with Sainsbury’s, Lidl and TK Maxx ----------------- About the studio One of the largest studio layouts in the building, as it is designed to accommodate accessibility requirements Faces the internal courtyard, so it is quiet, cool and well ventilated Having previously lived in another studio in the same building, I personally think this is one of the best rooms in the residence Friendly and helpful reception staff who respect residents’ privacy Private kitchen and super large bathroom Requirement: You must be a full-time student.
