There is one bathroom shared across the three bedrooms. Check-in is self check-in via a key box on the wall at street level opposite the front door, with full instructions sent the day of arrival. Please keep noise to a minimum after 11pm out of respect for the neighbours, and lock all doors and windows when you leave.Extra chargesPets are allowed at £50 per pet per stay, up to a maximum of 1, so please include any pets when you book. Early and late check-out can be arranged subject to availability at a charge of £30 per hour, maximum of 2 hours. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.Cancellation policyFull refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival.
