The building fronts a busy high street, so you`ll hear some street noise from the front rooms. Both bathrooms are shower rooms rather than baths. Parking is street-based and pay as you go, with no allocated space. Please remove your shoes inside and keep noise down, especially at night. Check-in is self-guided using a key box outside the building, with full instructions sent the day of arrival.Extra chargesEarly check-in and late check-out can be requested at £20 per hour, up to a maximum of 2 hours, subject to availability and approval. This can be arranged after booking through a secure third-party platform. A nearby parking space is pay as you go.Booking policyGuests are not required to pay a security deposit for this stay, however, we reserve the right to charge up to £200 to the card on file in the case of any damage or excess mess. Please take care and tidy up after yourself during your stay.Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.Cancellation policyFull refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival.
