3 rooms house of 56m² in London

Hello, myself, my husband and our baby are all Londoners and have been happily living in our large two floor 160m2 family home but we are now going to spend three months in Italy around May - September, to visit my family. We would like to let out the whole house, ie 3 bedrooms, whilst we are away. For the right person/people, we can be flexible on the duration of the stay (between 2 - 3 months). The house has a private garden and is in a private road where there are no cars - so it's very quiet, calm and very safe - quite a gem in London! The house has two living rooms, a conservatory, a well stocked kitchen, and plenty of storage - as well as three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
